The Fort Pierre City Council also approved an amended engineering proposal with Brosz Engineering for contract administration, observation, design and material testing for the cold storage buildings in the maintenance yard. The scope of services does not include inspection of building components other than concrete, electrical, HVAC, water/sewer and submittal consideration.
