The Stanley County Buffaloes and Mobridge-Pollock will make up its game from last week in the final game of the season in a big time Region 6A clash in Fort Pierre.
This very well could be a preview of the 6A SoDak 16 qualifying game as both teams are 2-3 in the standings. However, there is a shot the Buffs can move up to first with some extra factors to close the season with Cheyenne-Eagle Butte facing Lower Brule. The top seed gets a bye in the first round of the Region tournament. Stanley County is 14-5 while the Tigers are 11-7 and will still face Todd County on Saturday to close the season. The winner of tonight’s game can carry a lot of momentum if the two were to meet again in the playoffs.
Tip off from Parkview Auditorium in Fort Pierre is scheduled for 6:00. The region tournament begins on Tuesday next week.
