Three Regions will get to the mat tonight as the Pierre Governors and Sully Buttes Chargers will have their girls teams wrestle at the Regions meet across the state.
The Governors will be at Aberdeen Central as Region Two will be hosted by the Golden Eagles. Pierre will look to qualify its entire team as the Govs are trying to defend the team state title as they continue to be the only school to win a team title since girls wrestling has been sanctioned in 2021 and had its first team title in 2022.
Sully Buttes will travel to Clark for the Region tournament tonight. The Chargers will be looking to get Cheyenne Fuller and Cateri and Tahni Yellowhawk back to the state tournament where Cateri placed third last year and Tahni was fifth.
Stanley County girls will wrestle on Saturday along with the boys in their region tournament.
Pierre will get underway at 4:00 in Aberdeen while Sully Buttes will start at 4:30 in Clark.
