Mellette County as of the end of November has elected not to take part in the expanded traveler information system along with the Rosebud Sioux and Todd County. Other non-participating counties include Gregory, Miner, Minnehaha and Turner. The D-O-T is also offering a text notification system specifically for the state’s interstates.
