GOAC chair Senator Herman Otten says its a shame and concerning South Dakota lost money in the alleged frauds being investigated but what’s worse is the loss of trust by the people…
Otten says GOAC is taking action to show the alleged fraud isn’t being swept under the rug…
Otten hopes that GOAC can hold a public hearing at the appropriate time to lay out details of what happened in the incidents and what changes have been made to prevent it from happening again.
