The North Central Thunder would get the best of the Sully Buttes Chargers for the second time this season, this time a sweep in Bowdle with scores of 26-24, 25-9 and 25-10.
The Chargers nearly picked up the first set win on the road to get off to a fast start. However, the momentum went to the Thunder and in turn, was the difference in the match. The Chargers scored just 19 points the rest of the way and North Central picked up another important region win and the second over the Chargers this season. North Central improves to 10-9 on the year.
