Kitts Selected to First 18U Boys Team South Dakota

For the first time, Team South Dakota will field a team in the 18U Boys division. The Oahe Capitals will have representation on the first ever team with Keegan Kitts.

Kitts will enter his senior year this fall as he finished with 11 points during the regular season in his junior campaign for the Caps. Kitts scored six goals and had five assists playing in all 22 games for Oahe. He had a goal and an assist in the state tournament which included the game winning overtime goal in the third place game for the Caps.

Sioux Falls will have seven players on the first 18U team while Aberdeen will sprinkle in five players, Brookings has three and Watertown and Yankton will each have a representative on the team.

Team South Dakota will play games to qualify for the National Tournament in April of 2025. You can see a full list of the team below.
