Mack says an open house and public tours are planned for April. The cost of the project is $36.5 million.
The first event in the new arena will be the Girls State Hockey Tournament the first weekend in March. All 11 games of the tournament will be on Capital City Rock and on YouTube at Capital City Rock Sports.
