The two day event of the Futures Tour presented by Sanford Academy would wrap up on Tuesday at the Grand Falls Casino and Golf Resort as two Pierre Governor golfers would be in the top five. Sawyer Sonnenschein would finish in third while Nick Bothun would be tied for fourth.
Sonnenschein finished just one over par for the tournament as he shot a 73 on Tuesday. Sonnenschein left with four birdies, two each day and bogeyed only three holes with just one double bogey for the tournament. After being two over par on Monday, Bothun would be even on Tuesday jumping up a couple of spots to being tied for fourth. Bothun also would have four birdies for the tournament overall. Jack Bartlett would place tied for 35th as he shot a total of 167 on the two days for the third Governor at the event.
Jake Olson would win the high school boys title shooting a total two under par for the two day tournament. He had an impressive 68 on Tuesday to jump over six competitors to win the event.
