Ucker’s team will start preparing Blizzards Wednesday night in advance of the big day. Pre-order forms must be into Dairy Queen by Tuesday at five pm. Helping deliver Blizzards Thursday are volunteers from the Pierre Chamber, South Dakota Retailers, and Disability Rights South Dakota.
