The Oahe Capital girls team will finally be back home again as they take on the Sioux Center Storm for a weekend series on Saturday and Sunday after facing the Rushmore Thunder tonight.
The Capitals picked up its second win of the season on Sunday with an overtime win over the Watertown Lakers. Tonight the Caps have a huge game against the Rushmore Thunder which could go a long way determining the fifth and sixth seed. The two teams tied 4-4 early on in the season and a win for either team will give them the tiebreaker.
The Capitals will face another team around the bottom of the standings as the Sioux Center Storm are just 2-7-1-1. Oahe has just seven games remaining in the season which concludes with a three game weekend two weeks from now.
Puck drop on Friday night is at 9:00 Central Time in Rapid City then again at 7:00 on Saturday and 3:45 on Sunday., both at the Expo Center in Ft. Pierre.
