Swim Team Competes in Spearfish

Pierre Swim team had 8 swimmers compete at the 2022 SD Black Hills Gold Invitational in Spearfish last weekend.

In the Girls 9-10 Division:

• Lydia Kroon: 50 free-1^st, 100 free-2^nd, 50 back-3^rd, 100 IM-4^th, 100 breaststroke-6^th & 50 breaststroke-7th
• Pilot Thorpe:50 breaststroke-4^th, 100 breaststroke-4^th, 50 free-5^th, 100 back-5^th, 50 back-6^th, 100 IM-6^th& 100 free-8th

In the Girls 11-12 Division:

• Ann Tjeerdsma: 50 back-1^st, 200 IM-1^st, 100 free-1^st, 100 IM-1^st, 50 fly-1^st, 100 back-1^st, 50 breaststroke-2^nd & 50 free-3rd

In the Boys 6 & under Division:

• Lawson Kroon: 50 back-1^st, 25 back-3^rd, 25 free-6^th & 50 free-6th
• Lucas Kroon: 50 back-6^th, 25 back-7^th, 25 free-8^th & 50 free-8th
• John Umiker: 100 back-2^nd, 50 back-3^rd, 25 free-3^rd, 100 free-3^rd, 25 back-4^th & 50 free-4th

In the Boys 7-8 Division:

• Vince Cumbow: 25 free-2^nd, 100 free-2^nd, 25 back-2^nd, 50 free-3^rd & 50 back-4th
• Porter Thorpe: 50 breaststroke-2^nd, 25 free-4^th, 100 free-4^th, 50 free-5^th , 25 back-8^th & 50 back-8th The next meet will be Gillette,WY December 2-4^th.
