PIERRE — The Hughes County Commission is meeting for the final regular meeting of November tonight. The meeting will start with a public hearing on the County’s five-year highway transportation plan at 5:30. Commissioners will consider a plat and rezoning request before moving into the main agenda. The Commission will consider a pay application for a cast-in-place culvert and a veterinary services agreement. The Commission will also consider employee health insurance and optional life insurance. Personnel items, the claims and reports from liaisons and the County Manager will close out the agenda.
