PIERRE — Planning continues for the 2023 inaugural after the voters decide the fate of candidates this November. The Executive Board got an update on planning for events surrounding the inauguration of South Dakota’s next governor and the swearing in of legislators and constitutional officers. Senator Mary Duvall of Pierre is the E-Board’s contact to the planning committee….
