The Pierre tennis team will be in Sioux Falls area this weekend as they have four separate duals against four Sioux Falls area teams. All four teams are Class AA schools.
Friday afternoon, the Governors begin its weekend taking on Harrisburg at noon before facing Lincoln at 4:00. Then on Saturday, the Governors face Washington at 9:00 AM and then finish the weekend against Roosevelt at noon. Pierre is 2-0 after sweeping Spearfish last Friday and winning 7-2 over St. Thomas More on Saturday at home. The competition continues to amp up through the next several weekends with more matches including a tournament at the end of August. Pierre isn’t scheduled to be back at home until September 6 when hosting both Aberdeen Roncalli and Rapid City Central.
The day begins at noon on Friday and 9:00 AM on Saturday in the Sioux Falls area.
