RAPID CITY — Arguments in the appeal of a Pierre murder case came before the South Dakota Supreme Court Tuesday. Larson was convicted of Aggravated Battery of an Infant and Second Degree Murder in a four-day trial held in May of 2021. He was arrested in connection to the death of a two year-old boy in April of 2020.
