The Stanley County Buffaloes and McLaughlin Mustangs were set for a doubleheader in Ft. Pierre on Thursday but the game has been postponed due to Covid-19 and illness issues according to Stanley County athletic director Bruce Bresee.
The Lady Buffaloes will get an extra day of practice before facing Estelline-Hendricks on Saturday at the Redfield Classic in the first game of the day. They are scheduled for an 11:00 AM tip. The Sully Buttes Chargers will play at 6:30 in Redfield.
The Stanley County Boys will now be off until next week Thursday when they begin the Jones County tournament facing the host Jones County. The Buffs, at 4-1, will face the Coyotes already for the second time this season.
