The Pierre Governor gymnastics team scored a 128.7 on the afternoon in Rapid City on their way to a triangular win over both Rapid City Stevens and Central.
The Govs were led by Emelia Loe with a 32.9, finishing in second place in All-Around behind Central’s Lexi Peterson with a 33.55. Nevaeh Karber won the bars event with an 8.05 with Loe finishing in second with a 7.9. The Governors had at least three in the top five of every category throughout the invite win. Stevens finished with a 59.8 and Central had a team score of 57.95.
You can see a full list of the results below. The Governors will be in action next Thursday, Jan. 6 as they travel to Aberdeen for a triangular with Aberdeen Central and Stanley County.
