FORT PIERRE — The U-S Army Corps of Engineers is wrapping up its fall public meeting tour along the Missouri River basin. The last meeting was Thursday night in St. Louis, Missouri. Lake Oahe is currently 10 feet below the base of the Flood Control zone. The South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks Department will reopen two boat ramps on the Missouri River after Halloween at West Whitlock Rec Area and Walth Bay, south of Mobridge.
