The Pierre Governor tennis team finished in fourth place on Tuesday as a team as Caitlin Ott was the best finishing Gov, as she placed second in the flight five.
The Governors received 289 points which was good for fourth place as a team. The top three teams all had over 400 points with Mitchell taking home the team state championship with a 499.5. All nine flights for the Governors placed in the top five. Gracie Zeeb, the lone senior on the varsity team finished her career with a third place finish in doubles flight three with Marlee Shorter.
