PIERRE — The Pierre School District, like many South Dakota districts Monday night laid out for their school boards a back-to-school plan with protocols for dealing with the lingering Covid-19 pandemic. Superintendent Dr. Kelly Glodt says many of the sections are similar to the last school year and like last year the plan is fluid…
It starts with the basics, if you feel sick, keep your child home…
Along with vaccination against Covid-19 being an option, so is masking, to start…
As it was changed toward the end of the last school year, the Pierre School District will abide by three feet for social distancing instead of six feet. The full back to school plan is posted on the Pierre School District website and with the link HERE: . Final approval of the plan will be considered at a special school board meeting prior to the start of school on August 20th.
