The agreement includes the Ash Street, Evans Street and Garfield Avenue Substations along with one mile of transmission line from the WAPA sub to Evens sub; one and a half miles of transmission from the Evans Sub to the Ash Sub; two miles of transmission from the Ash Sub to the Garfield sub and three-point-four-six miles of transmission from the Garfield Sub to the new East River Hughes County substation.
