Palmer asked the Pierre City Commission for permission to request bids to connect the plant to the city’s existing system…
Bids for the project are due July 29th with substantial completion of the pipe installation by November 1st. Substantial completion of the drinking water treatment plant project is in October with the plant expected to be churning out manganese-free drinking water by the summer of 2022.
