Both Stanley County and Sully Buttes will be in Gettysburg on Saturday as the Battler will host the Battler invite. Both the Buffaloes and Chargers had events canceled this week leading up to the invite.
For Stanley County it’s just its second meet of the entire year while the Chargers will have its season opening meet on Saturday. The Chargers were scheduled to be in Miller for Quad on Tuesday but the beginning of the season has not panned out the way most of the state was hoping in being able to jump head on into the season.
The event will also see the likes of Highmore-Harrold, Lyman and of course the host team, Potter County joining Stanley County and Sully Buttes from the immediate area.
The Field events are scheduled to begin at 12:00 with the track events beginning at 1:00 at the Gettysburg Track Complex.
