
PIERRE, (KCCR) — The search continues for a missing Hughes County man. The Hughes County Sheriff’s Office says 39 year-old Curtis James has been missing since Wednesday. Authorities searched James’ home in Blunt Friday. Sheriff Patrick Callahan says deputies located James’ cell phone and other personal effects in his Blunt home but there was no sign of any wrongdoing. Searches were conducted with drones Friday with ground search help from the Blunt Volunteer Fire Department. More than 70 volunteers searched Saturday and the Game, Fish and Parks Department joined the search Sunday. James is described as a white male, approximately five-feet, seven-inches tall with a medium build.
