The Senate voted 17-18 to concur with the resolution. H-C-R 6008 passed both House and Senate committees unanimously. It passed the House 49-21. It was placed on the consent calendar in the Senate but was requested moved from the consent calendar by Senator Taffy Howard of Rapid City.
