The Oahe Capitals Peewee B team will head down to Yankton this weekend for its state tournament as the fifth seed.
Oahe finished the regular season at 6-7-0-1 and will face the host team Yankton Miracle in the first round of the tournament. The Caps split its two games with Yankton with a 7-6 overtime win and a 6-1 loss in Yankton last weekend. The Caps will then face either Mitchell, the top seed, or Brandon Valley, the eight seed, depending on the results of the two games.
Games run Friday-Sunday in Yankton. Oahe plays at 5:00 Friday. You can see a full bracket of the Peewee B tournament below.
