The Sully Buttes Charger boys and girls team will travel to Mobridge tonight for a doubleheader, one of the final doubleheaders of the season facing two tough Mobridge-Pollock squads.
The Charger girls are down to its final four games, first facing the tough Tigers tonight on the road. Sully Buttes is 7-9. The Tigers are 12-3 after its win over Timber Lake on Tuesday and have won eight of the last nine. The Class A team is leading Region 6A and are eighth in all of Class A. A win can really help the Chargers climb the 6B standings trying to get into the top four before the end of the season.
The Charger boys will get a big test tonight against the Tigers. Sully Buttes has won eight in a row and are now 12-3. The Chargers are trying to keep pace in the top 16 of the Class B standings as they sit in 11th right now. But an extra seed point will be gained and against a 10-4 Mobridge-Pollock team, a lot of seed points are up for grabs.
