Just five games remain for both the Stanley County Buffalo basketball teams as they host the Todd County Falcons in a boys and girls doubleheader tonight in Fort Pierre.
The Lady Buffaloes are 1-14 having dropped those 14 in a row and will look to stop the bleeding against the 3-12 Falcons squad. Of the five remaining games, this is the team with the lowest win percentage at .200%. Both teams are at the bottom of their respective Region standings.
The Buffalo Boys have played some tight games and good teams over the last two weeks. The Buffs are 1-3 in those games with a win over Crow Creek and a loss to a team from Iowa. Tonight, the 11-4 Buffs face the 7-6 Todd County Falcons trying to climb back into the top of the 6A standings. With five games left, Stanley County is facing just one team under .500.
Tip off from the Parkview Auditorium will be around 6:30 for the girls and the boys game to follow.
