PIERRE, (KCCR) — The Pierre City Commission continues to line up agreements to prepare for the Euclid Avenue Water and Wastewater Improvement project. The infrastructure work is being done as a part of a street restoration project by the South Dakota Department of Transportation. Work on the two year project is expected to start this spring and will begin on the south end of Euclid Avenue at it’s junction with Sioux Avenue.
