PIERRE, (KCCR) — Pierre Regional Airport had a banner year of enplanements compared to Watertown Regional Airport. Like Pierre, Watertown boardings were down compared to 2023. Pierre also had eight straight months of enplanements surpassing the one-thousand mark and saw nine out of 12 months with over one-thousand boards. December enplanements at Watertown were 15-03. Pierre’s December was 14-31 or 72 fewer than Watertown. In Watertown in December 976 enplanements were to Denver with 527 to Chicago.
