FORT PIERRE, (KCCR) — As Fort Pierre continues to grow the city is looking hard at what it needs to handle that growth. That look includes a deep dive into the city’s ability to power that growth with electricity. D-G-R has proposed a two-phase nine-point-seven million dollar capital improvement plan that would make various improvements to the city’s electric system through 2028.
