The Miller Rustlers would sweep the Platte-Geddes Black Panthers on Thursday at home with scores of 25-11, 25-9 and 25-13.
The Rustlers had no problem with the Black Panthers and winning its only postseason game so far this season as Miller will be the number one overall seed in the SoDak 16 at 27-1. Paige Werdel and Aleah Schlechter would lead with eight kills each as no Rustler would reach double digits hitting, but both Katie Lichty and Gracen Werdel having six kills shows the balance the Rustlers were on the attack in the win.
Miller will face Lakota Tech in the 1-16 game on Tuesday, November 12. Game time and location is still to be determined.
