The Sully Buttes Charger volleyball team will begin the postseason tonight at home taking on Wakpala in the 8-9 matchup in the Region 6B Tournament.
While the Chargers have less wins than Wakpala, the tougher schedule gives Sully Buttes more seed points and able to host. They look to use the tough schedule in their favor trying to pick up the first round win and advance to the quarterfinals where top seeded Ipswich awaits the winner on Tuesday. Wakpala is 8-20 and of the 28 games played, the Lady Sioux faced just six games over .500 on the season. Meanwhile the 3-23 Chargers faced 15 of its 26 games with teams at .500 or above.
