Parkston Runs Away from the Buffaloes as Season Ends

The number one overall seed Parkston Trojans were just too much for the Stanley County Buffaloes as they beat Stanley County 58-6 to finish off the Buffs season.

Stanley County would hang tough in the first quarter and keep the Trojans to just a 14-6 lead after Weston Prince would hit Paxton Deal for a touchdown pass. But the Trojans would do their damage in the second quarter and take a 52-6 lead at the half. Parkston would add a touchdown in the third quarter to end the game early as the Trojans remain undefeated.

Stanley County finishes the season at 2-7 while the top seed Parkston will host eight seeded Leola/Frederick, who beat Kimball/White Lake in overtime 22-14.
