Participants get special cups and will be wearing bracelets to identify they have been carded for alcohol use. The Autumn Wine Walk started in 2016 as a way t promote downtown Pierre businesses. The event runs from one to four pm. The temporary license is valid from noon to five for set-up and tear down.
