The Pierre Governor Cross Country team will be on the road to Watertown as there are just four runs left in the year and the last one before the ESD next week.
Pierre was in Rapid City at the Hart Ranch Camping Resort, the site of the state run, but today will be looking for a better outing on the boys side going to Watertown. The Governor boys had just one runner in the top 100 at Hart Ranch on Friday. Emery Larson is trying for another top five finish on the season. After today, the Govs will be back in Huron for the ESD and the final regular season meet the following week ahead of the state run.
The Watertown Invite starts at 2:00 at the Cattail Golf Course.
