Rena Robbennolt Selected As Administrator For Avera Missouri River Health Center In Gettysburg

PIERRE, (KCCR) —Avera Health has selected Rena Robbennolt as Administrator for the Avera Missouri River Health Center in Gettysburg. Robbennolt has been serving in that role on an interim basis since June in replacing former Administrator Kristi Livermont. Livermont now serves as Chief Executive Officer of Capital Area Counseling Services in Pierre. Robbennolt has an extensive history in the Avera system. She started as an O-B scrub technician and nurse’s aide in the recovery room at Avera St. Luke’s in Aberdeen. She worked as a registered nurse at Avera McKennan in Sioux Falls while completing her Master’s degree at South Dakota State. Robbennolt moved to Gettysburg in 1996 to begin as a Certified Nurse Practitioner for 14 years there before working 12 years in Pierre then returning to Gettysburg in 2022. Robbennolt will provide strategic direction for Avera Missouri River Health Center while being a key member of the Avera St. Mary’s region leadership team.
