The Sully Buttes Charger volleyball team will travel up to Bowdle tonight to face another Region foe in the North Central Thunder searching for its second win of the season.
The Chargers are coming in at 1-10 on the season after being swept by the Lyman Raiders last Thursday while the North Central Thunder are at 9-9 on the year. The Thunder are 6-3 in its last nine games with all but one contest being a tournament match. This is the second meeting between the two teams after the Thunder would win in three sets at the YTC tournament the first weekend of the season in Onida. The Thunder are sitting in fourth place in Region 6B while the Chargers are in eighth place and want to start racking up wins, especially against a region foe. The Chargers are 0-5 in Region contests so far this season.
First serve is scheduled for around 7:30 tonight from Bowdle.
