The Sully Buttes Chargers will travel to Ipswich tonight to face the Tigers in a Region 6B matchup, the fourth region contest of the season already.
Sully Buttes is 1-5 on the season with its lone win coming against McLaughlin at the YTC tournament two Saturday’s ago. Sully Buttes has lost to Potter County and North Central at the YTC Tournament before dropping a 3-1 decision to Faulkton Area on Tuesday on the road. The Chargers were also swept by Miller last Thursday. The Ipswich Tigers are 2-1 with wins over Highmore-Harrold in four sets and a sweep of Waubay/Summit last Thursday. Ipswich has four seniors on the team, but only have two sophomores with the rest being juniors. Experience or not, the Tigers have plenty of numbers in the upperclassmen.
