Stanley County Continues Road Stretch with Triangular in White River

The Stanley County Buffaloes will have the full week off before playing again this Saturday in a triangular in White River facing the Tigers and Little Wound.

Stanley County went 1-2 in the first week of the season, while White River didn’t start the season until Tuesday. Little Wound also didn’t play until Thursday falling to Kadoka Area before playing three games this week before Saturday. The Lady Buffs had a sweep of Chamberlain on Tuesday last week before dropping a sweep against Bennett County and five set decision to Wall. Little Wound played both Tiospaye Topa and Oelrichs Tuesday and will play Edgemont tonight before traveling into White River on Saturday. All games leading up to Saturday have been at home. White River is at 0-2 with a loss to Lyman to start the year this past Tuesday and on Thursday to New Underwood.

The triangular begins at 1:00 between Stanley County, Little Wound and White River at White River High School.
