Volunteer groups from the Pierre Area Chamber, South Dakota Retailer’s Association and Disability Rights South Dakota helped deliver pre-ordered Blizzards around the Pierre Fort Pierre area. Other groups like the Pierre Street Masters, Oahe Abate, BACA, and the Oahe Family Y-M-C-A provided volunteers to keep kids safe around drive-thru traffic.
