The Pierre School Board approved acceptance of the donation this week. Simpson says they plan to build the racks off of a design used by a Rotary Club in Alaska. Fort Pierre is considering placing some of the bike rack benches to the bridge plaza area of the new John Waldron Bridge once that project is nearing completion.
