The Chicago Dogs would score two runs in the top of tenth to beat the Sioux Falls Canaries 7-5 on Tuesday in the first of a three game set in Sioux Falls.
Sioux Falls would score all five of its runs in the bottom of the seventh to take a 5-2 lead. Spencer Sarringar, who went 1-3, had his hit in the inning and came into score the tying run before the Canaries would strike for three more. However, a three run eighth which included two home runs. Chicago would hit a two run homer in the top of the tenth as the Dogs had four total home runs in the game.
Sioux Falls drops to 19-14 on the season and will play game two of the three gam series tonight with first pitch at 6:35.
