The Pierre Governor tennis team would split its two duals on Saturday in the Sioux Falls area with a 7-2 win over Madison and a 7-2 loss against Lennox.
The Governors would get all six singles win against the Madison Bulldogs as Devin Dodson in flight one, Lucas Hight in flight two, Jacob Leiferman in flight three, Weston Northrup in flight four, Brady Lowery in flight five and Noah Lueking in flight six all would pick up wins. Dodson and Northrup in doubles flight two would have the seventh win for the Govs.
Northrup would finish the day undefeated as he would win in singles flight four and then again in doubles flight two with Dodson to go 4-0 on the day as the only two wins in the 7-2 to Lennox. Dodson would finish the day at 3-1 only losing in the Lennox match in singles flight one.
