PIERRE, (KCCR) — The Pierre Area office of the South Dakota Department of Transportation introduced a Pierre woman to the snowplow she named in a statewide naming contest. Cherie Herrman of Pierre won the fourth annual Name the Snowplow contest with the name Blade of Glory. She selected the name from the Will Ferrell movie of the same name.
