FORT PIERRE — The Stanley County School District, like districts across the state is gearing up for the approaching school year in a few weeks. The District’s website, stanleycounty.k12.sd.us has student registration forms, physical packets and open enrollment forms for parents and guardians to fill out. Staff and administration will be available on August 1st, 2nd, 3rd 8th and 10th at the elementary and Middle School/High School offices for accepting completed documentation. The hours those offices will be open are from 7:30 am to 4 pm. Anyone with questions about Stanley County’s upcoming school year should call the school or stop by in person. Parents of kindergartners should have a birth certificate and immunization record for their children to the school before August 10th Open houses will be held August 14th and 15th from five to seven-pm.
