The Oahe Zap couldn’t get anything going in Fremont over the week as the Moo would sweep the Zap on Thursday with a big 13-1 win.
Oahe went down 10-0 before they would score its one and only run of the game an RBI from Kyle Memarian. Trevor Seagraves and Tyler Traphagen each had a triple, however, it was just three hits in total for the Zap in its fifth loss in a row. The biggest inning for the Moo would be the sixth when they would pick up six runs to open up a 9-0 advantage. Oahe who was at 9-7 have fallen to 9-12 in the second half of the season and the chance at winning the second half is slowly dwindling. However, Oahe will open up a three game set, and six straight games against the Independence League leader in the Casper Spuds. At least five wins can give the Zap a chance with just nine games remaining in the season.
Oahe will be in Casper for first pitch on Friday and Saturday at 7:30 Central time and 2:00 on Sunday.
