FORT PIERRE — The Stanley County Commission is holding their blizzard-delayed meeting tonight. Fairgrounds Manager Scott Deal will meet with Commissioners to discuss 4-H Shooters and archery storage units; a Toolcat; backhoe and updates on buildings. Highway Superintendent Lee Smith is on the agenda with two items; auto gates and bridge inspections. The Commission will consider a camera system for the Four Corners Fire Department/Hayes Shop and a disaster declaration for the April 2023 blizzard. One abatement, a new hire, the national opioid settlement and a service proposal and contract with Frontline Warning Systems. Other agenda items include an automatic supplement for the Veteran’s Service Officer, a raffle request, discussion on committee assignments and an executive session for personnel. The Stanley County Commission meets tonight at the Stanley County Courthouse at five-pm.
