FORT PIERRE — The Fort Pierre City Council is meeting tonight at the South Dakota Municipal League Meeting room. The Council will hear reports from city officials before considering agenda items. A public hearing will be held for three temporary liquor license requests for events to be held at the Casey Tibbs Rodeo Center in March. Council members will then consider approval of those requests following the public hearing. A proclamation will be made for March as Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Month. The Council will consider a proposal for stack testing at the Gen Station and will consider granting authorization to purchase a reconditioned voltage regulator for the substation. Other agenda items include considering a service contract with Frontline Warning Systems and two requests to abate property taxes. The Fort Pierre City Council meets tonight at 6:30 pm.
